Campaign Period: The New Year Sale will begin on 1 January, 2026, 12 PM (WAT) and conclude on 15 January, 2026, 11:59 PM (WAT).Participant

Eligibility: The Sale is open to all users on ng.ecoflow.com. This promotion is open to all Nigerians citizens who are at least 18 years old before 1 January, 2026, 12 PM("Participants"). EcoFlow reserves the right to adjust the event time under certain circumstances (such as force majeure, supply chain issues, etc.). In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gits/credits etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim as well as proof of your identity. Employees of Ecoflow or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.

30-Day Price Match Guarantee: During the Campaign (valid from 1 January, 2026, 12 PM (WAT) to15 January, 2026, 11:59 PM (WAT)), orders placed on the official website will include a 30-day Price Match Guarantee. Lower price must be for identical products on ecoflow official website. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty pproducts, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stoock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers. If you find any of your purchased items at a lower price on any EcoFlow official sales channels within 30 days after placing the order, please contact us at support.af@ecoflow.com with a screenshot and the purchase link for a refund of the difference. EcoFlow reserves the right to deny a refund of the difference if the price guarantee service is used improperly or in violation of principles of honesty and good faith.

Buy One Get One Free Gift: The Buy One Get One Free Gift Promotion runs during the New Year Sale period. Exact dates may vary depending on EcoFlow’s operational schedule and will be announced on the promotion page. Note: During the Promotion, selected products are eligible for free gifts while stocks last. For example, purchasing RIVER 2 Pro may include a complimentary gift. The specific gift, eligible Products, and availability may be adjusted at EcoFlow’s discretion throughout the Promotion period.

Orders that involve getting Free Gifts need to be noted：(1)Availability of Free Gifts: Free Gifts are available while supplies last. No further notice will be given once the Free Gifts run out. If the order is eligible for the Free Gifts, the Free Gifts will be automatically added to the shopping cart if they are available and will be listed in the order information after placing the order.(2)Shipping of Free Gifts: If the order is a pre-order, the Free Gifts will not be shipped earlier than the EcoFlow portable power stations. When the power stations are restocked, the Free Gifts will be shipped together.(3)Refund Policy: If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for the Free Gifts with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the Free Gifts with purchase is also returned. The value of the Free Gifts has been disclosed based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Flash Sale: During the New Year Sale, EcoFlow will hold multiple rounds of flash sales featuring selected products.Note：(1)Flash sale items are available while stocks last and is first-come, first-served.(2)The selection of flash sale Products and the timing of each flash sale may be adjusted at EcoFlow’s discretion based on stock and operational considerations.

Subscription: By entering an email address and subscribing, you agree to email marketing Terms & Conditions, subscribe to EcoFlow marketing emails, and receive updates from EcoFlow. All subscribing users will receive a subscription ₦9,900 Off coupon (min. spent ₦447,900).

Coupon Use: (1)To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout.(2)Coupons are only valid for a limited time stated, while stock lasts.(3)Coupon expiration times are based on the West Africa Time.(4)Coupon Codes must be used before the designated expiration date. Shipping: The estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days and there may be potential delays due to various factors. Please note that if your order contains multiple items, your package may be delivered separately by different logistics companies.

General Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign. Participants further agree to release and discharge any third party related to or connected with this campaign from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to indemnify and hold EcoFlow and the EcoFlow Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from this campaign or related to it in any way. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify participants who use or have used improper means to participate in this campaign without prior notice and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this campaign, with any changes, adjustments, or terminations being announced on the online sales platform. Ecoflow reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this Campaign at any time without prior notice.
