EcoFlow Sale: Portable Power Station & Solar Generator Deals

Terms & Conditions

Participation & Eligibility

• Participation in this promotion is completely free. No purchase is required to enter the promotion or participate in the iPhone Duo grand prize draw.
• The promotion is intended for eligible participants residing in Nigeria who are 18 years of age or older. Each participant is entitled to one valid entry and one spin. Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries may be disqualified.

How to Participate

• Participants must provide a valid and accessible email address to register for the promotion. Please ensure that the email address is correct, as prize redemption codes and important notifications will be sent to this address.
• Upon successful registration, each eligible participant receives one opportunity to spin the prize wheel and is automatically entered into the separate iPhone Duo grand prize draw.

Instant Spin Rewards

• The prize wheel offers a chance to win Black Friday discount coupons, EcoFlow-branded merchandise, and other promotional rewards.
• Each eligible participant has access to the same prize selection process. Rewards are allocated randomly according to the promotion's published prize conditions.
• Instant spin results will be displayed after the spin. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, substitute, or update the prize wheel rewards based on inventory availability.
• All spin rewards and codes will expire on November 30 at 23:59:59.

Reward Redemption & Usage

• All instant spin rewards are issued as promotional redemption codes or direct gift entitlements.
• For Free Gifts: If a participant wins a free gift, they can add one (1) free gift to their cart. The discount/redemption will be applied automatically at checkout. Please note there is a minimum purchase requirement: the free gift is only valid when purchased together with one (1) qualifying item in the shop and cannot be shipped separately without a qualifying product order.
• For Discount Codes: When a participant wins a discount code, they must apply the code manually at checkout to receive the discount.
• These codes and gifts are redeemable only with eligible EcoFlow product purchases made through the official EcoFlow Nigeria online store during the designated Black Friday promotional period.
• Promotional gifts cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or shipped separately without a qualifying purchase.
• Codes are not redeemable for cash. Their specific validity periods (expiring strictly on Nov 30, 23:59:59), eligible products, usage limits, and combination restrictions will be specified in the applicable offer conditions.
• Cancelled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify for promotional gifts.

iPhone Duo Grand Prize

• One (1) iPhone Duo will be awarded as the grand prize.
• All eligible participants are automatically entered into the grand prize draw, regardless of their instant spin results or whether they redeem their promotional codes.
• The grand prize will be selected through a fair, random draw after November 9, 2026. Every eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

Winner Announcement & Confirmation

• The grand prize result will be announced through EcoFlow Nigeria's official social media channels and/or other official platforms after the promotional period.
• The selected winner will also be contacted directly via their registered email address.
• The winner must respond within 72 hours of the notification email being sent and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.
• Failure to respond within the specified period, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements, may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner through a new random draw.

Prize Conditions

• Promotional merchandise is provided as a complimentary gift and does not include additional voluntary after-sales replacement or exchange services, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Prizes and promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The grand prize is awarded independently of any EcoFlow product purchase.

Privacy & Communications

• Personal information collected during registration will be used to administer the promotion, distribute reward codes, verify eligibility, contact winners, and arrange prize delivery.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and EcoFlow's Privacy Policy.
• Marketing communications will be sent only where the participant has provided the necessary consent. Participants may withdraw marketing consent without losing an otherwise valid prize entry.

1. Fair Participation & General Conditions

• EcoFlow reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity and disqualify entries involving manipulation, automated participation, or other material violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• Where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, EcoFlow may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval. Material changes will be communicated through official channels.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
